This Murder Mystery involves a detective-like audience and one or two gangster facilitators/guides who run the night adding to the fun and frivolity.
The Tracy Gang is a fabulous 1920's gangster murder mystery theme.
People love to dress as gangsters, flapper girls, godfather's and hitmen. Everyone enjoys revealing a little bit of Gangster. Do you have what it takes to be a member of the criminal underworld and the Tracy Gang?
Great for Work Do’s, Parties, Fund Raisers, Conferences, Team Building or anywhere an entertaining sleuthing time is needed.
This Murder Mystery is an interactive presentation full of fun and intrigue and can be adapted to most occasions. The audience must solve the Murder by sleuthing various clues earnt during the evening. The clues enable the audience working in teams to piece together the event that led to the murder…and to who the murderer might be.
“Aiden Abet” the leader of the Tracy Gang, developed a scam that netted him $1m. However, once his victims caught on, he became a hunted man. The $1m was hidden in the Tracy speakeasy and when it strangely reappears it leads to murder! Unravel the mystery of the dead man walking, the letters from William Shakespeare and the literary weekend.
Setting: The Tracy Speakeasy a 1920’s gangster lounge owned by the Tracy Gang.
Group Size: 2 to 15, 2 to 60 or 60 to 90.
Costumes: Guests can dress up if they like; no pressure, but it adds to the fun…even just a hat, boa or bow tie. Ideas to help a gangster, cabaret dancer, godfather, flapper girl, pimp, cop, F.B.I. agent, scar face, hit man, dancer or any other 1920’s style character or anything their imagination leads them to
What's Included: - Host, character name badges for all guests, PA system (we play suitable background music)

We suggest the organizer brings fun prizes for the worst and correct answers as well as something for best dressed man and woman.
This is great entertainment for those wanting fun as well as a death!

- Your host characters create the atmosphere with fun and interaction.
- The Hosts are Entertaining Professionals who between them have either professionally written, produced, sung, acted in film, TV, stage, and Entertained Nationally and Internationally. One has been MC at the Americas Cup main stage, so your event is in good, professional hands.
- On the night the hosts introduce the scenario and each person is given a character name tag.
- Some are main characters though they don’t have to act...well than can if they want to! (We encourage people to act the character of their name tag as they see it, but no one is forced.
- The main reason for the Mystery is for folk to have a good time.
- We suggest guests come along dressed 1920’s style for a night at a gangsters speak easy. This is purely optional.... lots of fun.
- We don’t provide invitations so please read the information about the Murder Mystery and if required, create a personalized invitation. e. g. “You are invited to attend; make dat you betta attend, an evening at the Tracy Gangs Speak Easy, as Da Boss has an important announcement” Those who don’t turn up will have a custom pair of Concrete Shoes made to their size!

Format:
- Guests are greeted by hosts setting the scene and presented with suitable character name tags.
- After an introduction and the scene is set, a gangster game is played to set the mood.
- Characters are divided up to form groups and a team spokesmen nominated.
- Working in groups to solve the murder causes people to mingle, join heads and work as a team.
- The evening is split into three rounds – in each round the groups have to complete several fun, interactive tasks to earn clues.
- At the end of each round, all group members are encouraged to trade clues with those of another group…this often leads to accusations, good hearted banter and competiveness.
- After each round, the team speaker reads out what they believe is the story thus far.
- After sleuthing their way through the rounds for clues, comical participation and interaction encouraged to earn them points.
- The teams set out in best Sherlock fashion, deciphering the why, how and who the murderer is from the prized clues.
- At completion, the groups read out their accusation and the story they compiled.
- The team who is correct is named and receives their accolades.
